PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man is accused of attacking his estranged wife and taking off with his son, prompting a search in west Phoenix earlier this week. On Wednesday around 11:45 p.m., officers were called to a home near 99th Avenue and Indian School Road after receiving reports that 27-year-old Emmanuel Maldonado assaulted a woman. As police arrived, they learned Maldonado had fled the area with his child.
