A Missouri man from Chillicothe, Scott Young, 37, was handed a 60-month prison sentence on April 25th for pushing meth in the Land of Lincoln. Garage at residential home on Sixth Street suffers damage in Sunday morning fire
QUINCY — An attached garage suffered damage in a Sunday morning fire at a two-story residential home on the city’s south side. The Quincy Fire Department was alerted at 10:35 a.m. Sunday to a house fire at 725 S. Sixth. The first crew arrived on the scene at 10:39 a.m. and observed smoke coming from the eaves of the single-car attached garage. A hose line was deployed as the second fire truck and assistant chief arrived.
