McLennan Softball’s Katia Reyes named NJCAA Division One Player of the Year
WACO, TX (FOX 44) — Following a stellar season at both the plate and on the mound, McLennan pitcher/shortstop Katia Reyes earned recognition as the NJCAA Player of the Year. On the mound, Reyes was one of the go to options for a Highlander Softball team that finished with a 62-4 record. For the season, she finished with a 14-0 record thanks in part to a 1.05 ERA and 109 strikeouts all while only allowing 48 hits.
