Here is this week’s letter to the editor of the Oshkosh Northwestern . See our letters policy below for details about how to share your views.

Pro-Palestine student protesters are 'the next complaint cult'

Editor’s note: The following letter addresses protests happening on college campuses across the country, including in Wisconsin. A pro-Palestine demonstration was held on the UW Oshkosh campus May 7.

College students are leading the way for peace, except when it comes to more war with Ukraine.

Where are the student protests regarding Ukraine?

That’s right, these so-called “peace”-focused protesters really do not care for peace, they want war against a united Russia.

The very fact that we are sleepwalking into a nuclear confrontation with Russia seems to be ignored. The only way to defeat Russia or push them back as the Western war profiteers are screaming, is through the use of nuclear weapons.

Why bother to try to stop a nuclear war?

These protesters are phony, they have no idea what they are doing but joining the next complaint cult.

Their views toward Israel are no different than their views toward Russia. Nothing changes, same garbage rhetoric.

But when you get the Democrat media backing your cause, as with BLM and COVID nonsense, they try to make the movement legit, when in reality it is nothing but a farce.

I do not see any movement toward peace regarding the actual war in Ukraine. Until that happens, this movement is a joke.
