Man killed after motorcycle slams into SUV as it made left turn in Ann Arbor
A Milan man is dead following a motorcycle crash in Ann Arbor Friday afternoon. The crash happened around 2:45 p.m. when the 46-year-old motorcyclist was headed south on Stadium and collided with an SUV as it was turning left onto Winewood.

ANN ARBOR, MI – The motorcyclist who was involved in a serious crash in Ann Arbor on Friday afternoon has been pronounced dead by police. The Ann Arbor Police Department is not releasing the motorcyclist’s name at this time, but said he was a 46-year-old man from Milan.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (FOX 2) - A man riding a motorcycle was killed after he collided with an SUV in Ann Arbor Friday afternoon. The crash took place on W. Stadium Boulevard, near Winewood Avenue, around 2:45 p.m., according to Ann Arbor police. Preliminary investigation shows that the motorcyclist crashed into the vehicle while "turning left from northbound W. Stadium onto Winewood Avenue."

Federal judges gave final approval to a new map of Michigan state Legislature boundaries, concluding a case in which the court previously found that several Detroit-area districts' maps were illegally influenced by race. In December, the court ordered a redistricting commission responsible for redrawing the state's legislative and congressional maps in 2021 to redraw 13 state districts.
