Utica, N.Y. -- A New York City man who sold drugs in Central New York pleaded guilty Friday to gun and drug charges, prosecutors said. Rasheed Mingues, 44, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substances with the intent to distribute them and possession of a firearm as a convicted felon, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office on Monday.
