Do you recognize these Wanted Odessan fugitives? Your tip could be worth some cash

ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- The Odessa Crime Stoppers website has a list of several crimes, missing persons, cold cases, and wanted fugitives, in attempts to find any information from the community.

On the Wanted Fugitve category, Two men from Odessa have been on the run for years, and are both wanted for murder.

52-year-old Jose Rafael Marcelleno (left picture) is wanted as of November 17, 2021, for the 1996 murder of his wife Guadalupe “Petey” Paredes.

The Odessa Crime Stopper site reports that Jose stabbed his wife multiple times with a lock blade knife and fled the scene in a 1983 Lincon Towncar with Texas license plate LP RXZ-87M. Jose has been reported to be living in Juarez but travels into Texas at times.

The other Wanted fugitive is 43-year-old Ruben James Hernandez (right picture) who has been wanted since November 17, 2021, for a connection to a murder that happened in May of 2014, where a 22-year-old man was gunned down in his car.

Odessa Crime Stoppers website wrote “Ruben has been on the run since 2014 and someone knows where he is. If you are the first person to provide information leading to the arrest of Ruben Hernandez you could receive a cash reward.”

The Odessa Crime Stoppers Fugitive page is a list of Wanted fugitives from Odessa with warrants that range from excessive traffic fines to murder or federal charges.

No matter the charge it could still be worth a Cash Reward if you have the correct information.
