Superior court orders new trial for Plymouth man
WILKES-BARRE — The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Thursday vacated the rape and physical assault convictions of Edwin Colon and ordered a new trial in Luzerne County Court. Wilkes-Barre man gets prison for dealing meth
A Wilkes-Barre man has been sentenced to serve up to 10 years in federal prison for dealing methamphetamine, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Emile Occean, 38, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Malachy Mannion for distributing meth in Luzerne County between March 31, 2022, and April 12, 2022.
