EXETER BOROUGH, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man has been arrested after he allegedly fired multiple shots into an occupied vehicle in Exeter Borough last week.

On May 8, Wyoming Area Regional Police were called to the 1200 block of Exeter Avenue in Exeter for a report of a man firing a shot into a car.

Through further investigation, police said they learned an argument occurred between a woman and a man identified as Edward Wasko, 37, of Wyoming.

Police said Wasko then got into a physical fight with a man who was also in the car, hitting him several times while he was sitting inside. The victim said Wasko fired a few shots from his gun into the car, threatened the victim, and pointed a gun at his head, as stated in the affidavit. Wasko the reportedly fled the scene on a motorcycle.
