LAPEER, Mich.—A Michigan man has been indicted by a jury in Massachusetts for his connection with an alleged scheme to defraud a construction company. Jonathan McCormack was indicted on 17 counts of wire fraud and 12 counts of engaging in monetary transactions in criminally derived property of a value greater than $10,000.

Mass. State Lottery winner: Liquor stores, gas station sell 3 $100,000 prizes
Three winning $100,000 lottery tickets were sold at liquor stores and a gas station in Massachusetts, with their winners coming forward on Thursday to claim their prizes. One of the $100,000 prizes was sold at a gas station in East Bridgewater called Hi Lo Gas Rt 18. The winning ticket was from the game “300X,” a $30 scratch ticket game.

The Worcester Police Department has issued a plea for public assistance in the search for two missing teenagers, both originally from Milford but believed to be currently in Worcester. Ana Dias, 15, and Iara Neves, 16, have been missing and their whereabouts are urgently being sought by authorities. Steward Health Care hopes to sell off 8 Mass. hospitals by this summer
BOSTON - Steward Health Care is hoping to sell off all of its hospitals, including eight in Massachusetts, this summer.The company laid out a timeline in a filing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Texas this week.
