(Adams County, PA) -- Pennsylvania State Police in Gettysburg are on the lookout for a man they said cut off his ankle monitor. Authorities said Kyle Feaser removed the monitor on June Fourth, and his location is now unknown. Feaser was last located on the 200 block of Peach Glenn Idaville Road. Anyone that sees Feaser is urged to call state police.
