    51 arrested, 29 firearms seized in Southern California gang raids

    The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department completed a week-long operation aimed at crime suppression, performing parole and probation checks that resulted in 51 felony arrests.

    Authorities say they targeted known gang members and people prohibited from owning firearms during Operation Consequences and seized 29 firearms, including six ghost guns.

    The operation was spread throughout the High Desert, with 20 search warrants served in San Bernardino, Adelanto, Hesperia, Victorville and Apple Valley.

    Deputies conducted the operation between May 11 and 17 in the following locations:

    • 1200 block of North F Street, San Bernardino
    • 18600 block of Casaba Road, Adelanto
    • 15500 block of Smoke Tree Street, Hesperia
    • 2000 block of Fremontia Road, Hesperia
    • 15000 block of Turner Road, Victorville
    • 5900 block of Stanton Avenue, San Bernardino
    • 3700 block of Ridgeline Drive, San Bernardino
    • 15000 block of Comanche Road, Apple Valley

    The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors authorized funds to assist with county-wide crime suppression.
