    Looking for fun things to do this weekend on the Treasure Coast?

    Eve Pierpont has you covered with her Top 5 weekend events for Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties for May 17-19.

    You could go to a H.A.L.O. charity event in Sebastian, a mullet festival in Vero Beach, a drive-in anniversary celebration in Fort Pierce, a community day in Fort Pierce or a songwriters festival in Stuart.

    Here's your Five on Friday weekend update for the Treasure Coast.

    INDIAN RIVER COUNTY

    H.A.L.O.'s Woofstock

    • 1-4 p.m. Saturday
    • Pareidolia Brewing Co., 712 Cleveland St., Sebastian
    • Join H.A.L.O. for a fun event supporting senior rescue dogs. Meet adoptable dogs, win raffle prizes and listen to live music. All donations will be matched by the Doug McDowell Memorial Fund.
    • Free

    Mullet Fest

    • Noon to 6 p.m. Sunday
    • The Stamp Bar, 2015 13th Ave., Vero Beach
    • The fourth annual festival includes live music all day, games, food and vendors, as well as mullet, beard and mustache contests. Proceeds benefit the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
    • Free, donations accepted

    ST. LUCIE COUNTY

    Treasure Coast Park & Watch Anniversary Celebration

    • 5 p.m. Saturday
    • Causeway Cove Marina, 601 Seaway Drive, Fort Pierce
    • Celebrate the drive-in's fourth anniversary with showings of "The Goonies" at 8:15 p.m. and "Grease" at 10:30 p.m. It also includes bounce houses, inflatable attractions, a classic car show, a milkshake vendor, giveaways and concessions.
    • $10 plus taxes and fees per vehicle online or $10 cash at the gate with taxes included

    Community Day

    • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday
    • Dreamland Park, 301 S. 25th St., Fort Pierce
    • The City of Fort Pierce Public Works Department invites the community to interact with various city departments to foster community spirit and provide information about city services and initiatives. The event includes a tree giveaway, demonstrations, activities for all ages and adoptable pets.

    MARTIN COUNTY

    Treasure Coast Songwriters Festival

    • 7-9:45 p.m. Friday, 3-9:15 p.m. Saturday, 1-3:45 p.m. Sunday
    • Pirate's Cove Resort & Marina, 4307 S.E. Bayview St., Stuart
    • The third annual festival will feature more than 40 performances from local Florida and Nashville-based Broadcast Music Inc. songwriters, who will share the stories behind their hit songs when they perform. The featured songwriters have written hits for top country artists, including Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, George Strait, Tanya Tucker and Zac Brown Band.
