Today, the premiere television makers at TCL have answered the question of ‘what’s to come’ for the year with their TCL Showcase 2024, and they’ve pulled out all the stops for their 2024 product lineup.

Today, a leading manufacturer in TV and everything that can accompany it, TCL has uncorked their upcoming television product lineup for 2024. The TCL Showcase 2024 revealed a whole slew of new products for fans to get excited over, including the world’s largest QD-Mini LED TV in a mega 115” screen size, after introducing the world’s first QD-Mini LED TV back in 2019.

Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Chris Hamdorf explained, “There’s a reason TCL has been a top two best-selling TV brand in the U.S. year after year and that is undoubtedly because we deliver premium products with more benefits to the consumer at prices more of them can afford,” regarding their TCL Showcase 2024 lineup, and below is all of the details revealed at the exciting TCL Showcase 2024.

TCL Showcase – All-new Q Class and S Class TVs

First up is a product line refresh of the already formidable Q Class TVs. Each Q Class comes with Quantum Dot technology, featuring UltraWide Color Gamut for enhanced QLED colour that produces more lifelike images in each frame. The new Q65 boasts rich QLED PRO colour and enhanced brightness, ensuring more colour volume, and the high brightness+ LED Backlight produces 28% more brightness providing the viewer with the clearest possible picture quality.

    Key TCL Q Class Features

    • The 85” and new 98” models have added a 120Hz panel refresh rate, equipped with a blisteringly fast Game Accelerator 240, allowing TVs to hit a VRR of 240.
    • The new feature high brightness ULTRA LED Backlight with up to 2,400 Nits Peak, allows for crystal clear brightness, boasting a 20% increase in brightness over its predecessor.
    • The QM series features the new AiPQ PRO Processor, an Anti-Glare Screen, Wi-Fi 6 functionality, Built-in Dolby Atmos speaker drivers for spatial sound, and everything that makes a home theatre a theatre, but without the projector and clumsy setup.

The TCL Showcase then gravitated towards the S Class of TVs, for those that prefer spending less and sacrificing some of the finer features offered by the Q Class while retaining the quality TCL is known for. TCL pulled back the curtain on their all-new S5 S Class TV and pulled open the hood to tell the audience how it runs.

Key TCL S Class S5 Features

    • Sizes range from 43” up to 85”, letting the consumer choose a size based on which room they are purchasing for.
    • 55”+ S Class models get a significant gaming upgrade with Game Accelerator 120 for 120 VRR Gaming.
    • HDR PRO+ and Dolby Vision functionality.

Both the new Q Class and S Class lineups are now available from local retailers such as Walmart, Best Buy, Target, and even the TCL website , where price information on everything can be found.

The TCL Showcase then dropped a bombshell with the world’s largest QD-mini LED TV, a 115-inch mega-size theatre display. This behemoth comes equipped with many of TCL’s newest technologies to set it apart from everything else, including the actual cinema.

    • 6-in-1 LED chip technology that creates Ultra-High Brightness levels, with Fine Light Control, while maintaining power efficiency.
    • AI functionality makes notable adjustments so the user can focus on staying immersed in content and not on adjustments. TCL AiPQ Processing uses AiPQ PRO and AiPQ ULTRA to make said adjustments, and this processing tech includes adjustments to AI Color, AI Contrast – allowing over 65,000 levels of granular Hi-bit LED brightness control, AI Clarity and AI Motion.

While not all QD-mini LED TVs are created equal (which is what TCL proves with this one), the QM89 will be available in the 115-inch model for a starting price of $26,999.99 soon.

Finally, TCL closed out its TCL Showcase 2024 with a refresh on their audio TV accompaniment soundbars and announced the expansion of its Q Class and S Class soundbar lineup. The S Class enhances home theatre setups simply with improved audio, while the Q Class sets itself apart with unique Ray-Danz technology (that focuses on spatial audio similarly to Dolby Atmos, in this case working alongside, without the need for speakers).

Both soundbar classes seek to elevate the audience’s immersion by utilizing clear sound presented through the TCL quality drivers, complete with Dolby Atmos spatial sound. The Q Class sets itself apart by widening the field of spatial sound by utilizing Ray-Danz technology to promote acoustic wave-guide reflectors for a super wide soundstage. This ultimately creates a larger space for the user to immerse themselves in.

That just about wraps up the entire TCL Showcase 2024 presentation. Consumers interested in further information on any of the devices mentioned (including price) can head to the TCL website for more information.
