Originally titled Mudosilmugwan , it is an upcoming action comedy film from South Korea that revolves around Lee Jung-do, an unassuming martial artist who saves a ‘martial arts officer’ from a criminal. After he draws the interest of the police, he is subsequently put together with the probation officer Kim Sun-min and given the title of martial arts officer for the next five weeks. The movie follows the duo as they set out to keep the streets of the city crime-free.

The Officer Black Belt release date could arrive sometime in mid-to-late 2024.
The movie is slated to come out on Netflix . However, as of early May 2024, the streaming platform hasn’t announced the release date of Officer Black Belt. Kim Joo-hwan wrote and directed the film, with Climax Studio and Seven O Six serving as production companies. According to reports, production was set to take place between mid-September 2023 and mid-December 2023. Officer Black Belt remains one of the top entries in Netflix’s slate of upcoming releases and will likely premiere sometime in mid-to-late 2024.
