WNBA rookie Angel Reese finally spoke on the recent changes in the league. With the incoming class that the WNBA is welcoming, there's a new era in women's basketball.

The league just agreed on a flight charter deal that would have players in private sections and transportation services, rather than being stuck at TSA like recent history reveals. There were also major security questions with the popularity and appeal of the league rising.

This is a major step for the WNBA and Reese has acknowledged that with time the league can continue to improve. She's been adamant about change in the WNBA, but patience is key for Reese and company.

“I’m happy with the direction we’re going in," said Reese, via Julia Poe on X.
