Hundreds without power in southern Wisconsin after heavy storms

FORT ATKINSON, Wis. -- Hundreds of customers were without power across southern Wisconsin Wednesday morning, after severe weather moved through the area Tuesday night.
We Energies' outage map indicated a total of 470customers were out of service just before 5:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Alliant Energy's outage map showed more than 500 people were affected by power outages in Wisconsin.

Alliant Energy's outage tracker shows just over 2,000 customers were without power statewide as of 10 p.m. Tuesday, including 335 in Dane County and 134 in Sauk County. Over 1,100 customers were experiencing an outage in Walworth County.
We Energies' outage map indicated over 9,400 customers were without service statewide as of 10 p.m. Tuesday. That included over 3,200 in Jefferson County, over 3,100 in Waukesha County and over 2,700 in Milwaukee County.
According Alliant Energy's outage tracker, over 2,800 customers statewide were experiencing an outage as of 9 p.m. That included over 700 customers in Dane County and over 650 customers in Sauk County. Over 1,300 customers were without power in Walworth County.
The company's outage map indicated that 184 customers northeast of Sun Prairie were without power, with services expected to be restored by 10 p.m.
We Energies' outage tracker showed over 4,700 customers were without power statewide, including over 3,200 in Jefferson County and over 1,200 in Waukesha County.
According to the the company's outage map, many of the Jefferson County outages were in and around Fort Atkinson, and services were expected to be restored by 11 p.m.
