Buffalo, N.Y. — Shocking allegations have emerged as New York State Police revealed the arrest of a 24-year-old Buffalo woman, Naesha R. Lumpkin, in February. According to authorities, Lumpkin was apprehended during the execution of an arrest warrant at her residence on Chadduck Avenue. Upon entering the premises, officers were confronted with a disturbing sight: Lumpkin's 2-year-old son confined inside a makeshift cage, purportedly made of a playpen covered by a crib piece secured on three sides, rendering the child unable to stand or exit.
