CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – With the warm and wet weather lately, pollen has been high as the trees continue to get their foliage.

These are the 5 worst cities for allergies: map

As we start the month of May, pollen continues to be high. You may even notice that gross yellow color on your car from all the pollen. This time of year, tree pollen is highest and grass pollen is moderate.

As we near the end of May going into June, the pollen will decrease as trees gain their leaves and have their summer foliage. When it comes to allergies and pollen, wind, temperature, and humidity can have a factor in how bad your allergies can be.
