    Head-on collision in Centre County sends four to hospital

    HOWARD TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WTAJ) – A vehicle accident in Centre County has injured four individuals, two of which are children.

    The accident occurred at the intersection of North Eagle Valley Road and Howard Divide Drive in Howard Township around 11:45 a.m. Saturday morning when a Jeep and a pick-up truck were involved in a head-on collision, according to Centre County Dispatch.

    When emergency services arrived on scene, they confirmed that four individuals were injured in the crash – two adults and two children. Air medical was called for, but was unavailable at the time. All four were taken to an area hospital by ambulance, according to dispatch. There is no word on their condition.

    Responding to the call was Howard Fire Company, Mount Nittany Medical Center – EMS and Bellefonte EMS. Blanchard Fire Company Ambulance Association and Lock Haven EMS from Clinton County also assisted at the scene.
