    State Police seize estimated $20k in drugs from three Oakland County locations

    OAKLAND COUNTY (WWJ) Michigan State Police’s County of Macomb Enforcement Team (COMET) executed three search warrants in Oakland County on Thursday and seized an estimated $20 thousand worth of drugs.

    Detectives took custody of over 500 milligrams of cocaine, over 50 grams of fentanyl, oxycodone and two guns, according to State Police.

    They also seized over $2,600 dollars with intent to forfeit, State Police said. The estimated street value of the drugs is $20,000.

    State Police did not release information about exactly where the drugs, weapons and cash were found. No word if anyone is in custody.

    Numerous agencies assisted COMET including: Thumb Narcotics Team, Waterford Police Department, Oakland County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI.
