Once a cherished pet, Marmalade was left to fend for herself outdoors when her owner sadly passed away. "She was watched in the neighborhood for months, as she grew more matted," the shelter wrote. "Thankfully, she was trapped and brought to us."

The Scituate Animal Shelter of Massachusetts recently introduced a young feline named Blink-182, nicknamed Blink, with an unfortunate sad story. This kitten's journey hasn't been easy. "This guy was purchased by a family when he was just a tiny baby, about 8-weeks-old. The dogs in the home tried to eat him. He was surrendered to us so that he could try to find a safe home," the shelter shares.

Since he was found as a stray and never claimed, we don't know much about his past.” Chewy has a personality as unique as his looks. "He is overly friendly with all, dogs included. He can come on a bit strong but in the kindest way. He wants everyone to be his friend!" states the Scituate Animal Shelter of Massachusetts, who is currently caring for Chewy until he finds his forever home.
