Wahlberg Week classes will be free at select studios all week-long to new fitness enthusiasts, who visit any participating studio and want to experience Wahlberg’s favorite ways to stay fit. To take part in Wahlberg Week, sign up at F45training.com/wahlbergweek/.

Wahlberg Week’s 45-minute workouts encompass the following routines (each day focusing on targeted muscle groups):

    • Monday, May 6: Underdog (Cardio)
    • With an eye towards cardiovascular endurance, dive into two heart-pumping minutes on the SkiErg machine and rower. Aim for your personal best!
    • Tuesday, May 7: High Roller (Resistance)
    • Experience a full-body strength workout with an added core focus. Test your strength with each lift and a 10-repetition max.
    • Wednesday, May 8: Patriot (Cardio)
    • Every station ends with an extra kick, literally, in the form of burpees. Choose your pace and number of burpees you shoot for as a personal challenge for yourself.
    • Thursday, May 9: Southpaw (Resistance)
    • Muscular endurance is the aim of this workout – push through 60 seconds and target the number of repetitions that make sense for you, with the goal of matching or beating it on every following set.
    • Friday, May 10: Swagger (Hybrid)
    • Pick your pleasure between focusing on cardio or resistance, followed by core finishers.
    • Saturday, May 11: Blue Arrow (Hybrid)
    • The focus is on the ergonomic rower, inviting you to reach your potential however far you can row.
    • Sunday, May 12: Horizon (Full Body)
    • Give your body the resistance it deserves, with some of the best strength movements around and a focus on full-body recovery.
