    Full policy limits given for motorcycle, vehicle collision

    The plaintiffs in this case were a 46-year-old male and 26-year-old female who suffered significant injuries after a van pulled out in front of their motorcycle causing a collision. The primary injuries were right leg fractures necessitating amputation, facial lacerations, residual scarring and road rash.

    The plaintiffs were able to secure a policy limits settlement from the defendant’s insurance for a total settlement of $1,500,000.
