This three-day weekend event is filled with activities and fun starting May 3, 2024 through May 5, 2024.

“It’s difficult to believe we’re already in our seventh year, but we’re incredibly proud of what this event has become. We’ve found a formula that works, but each year we look for something new and different to make the experience just a little better than it was the year before. We’re confident that 2024 will be the best one yet,” said Cam Huffman, The Greenbrier’s Director of Public Relations and a member of The Greenbrier Concours d’Elegance Steering Committee.

Friday, May 3, 2024 starts with the annual Summit Drive. Car enthusiasts from 11 states will meet at the The Greenbrier Sporting Club’s Summit Lodge and then take a nice drive on some of West Virginia’s prominent roads. This event will start at Snowshoe Mountain Resort, where drivers can enjoy the scene, and a nice trip down the mountain on a lift. Later that evening, judges, car owners, the Concours Steering Committee and enthusiasts will spend time at the Greenbrier’s Outdoor Infinity Pool. This is the first event of the season for this activity. There will also be a welcome reception, which will be presented by Bentley, Washington, D.C., which will include food, drinks, and more fun.

The following Saturday will feature Cars & Cocktails, presented by Ole Smoky. There will be at least 150 cars of all years, makes and models on display. From 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., the show field for the cars will be open. Awards will be announced at 2:00 P.M. This event is free to the public.

After that event concludes, a car discussion will take place in the Greenbrier Theatre where committee member and car-expert Tom Cox will talk along with car personality Ken Gross. Both are well known personalities and the event is free to the public.

That Saturday night will be the annual Kentucky Derby Party and Charitable Dinner inside the Colonial Hall of the resort. Guests can watch the Derby, win prizes, and enjoy refreshments. The dinner’s sponsors for The Greenbrier Concours d’Elegance’s partner charities include, AACA Library and Research Center, First Responders Children’s Foundation and West Virginia Autism Training Center. You must have a ticket for this event, and will be available to purchase online until 3:00 P.M. Thursday. Other tickets can be bought at the door.

The whole event will conclude on Sunday with the grand finale, which is simply the Sunday Concours .
