SANTA ANA, Calif. – A 33-year-old Phoenix man has been convicted of murdering four men in a failed attempt to take over the drug business that left three of the men shot to death, their bodies set on fire inside of a burning car left abandoned in a residential neighborhood in Orange in the middle of the day in 2015. After a Monday of changeable sky conditions and warmer temperatures we have a Tuesday that probably goes down as the best weather day of the week so take advantage of that. We are far enough away from both last night's weather system that brought showers and thunderstorms to the Mid Atlantic. That has now weakened and passed to the east. The Denver City Council learned more Wednesday about the workforce development component of the Denver Asylum Seekers Program. The city has transitioned the way it helps migrants, closing shelters and instead placing 800 people in the asylum program. That includes people who had been staying in non-congregate hotel shelters, all but one of which have closed. New migrant arrivals will not be eligible for the six-month work program until some graduate, according to a presentation by city staff. The city intends to keep 500 people in the work program at a time, according to Tony Anderson, workforce development manager for the city.
