32-year-old Arrested, Charged with 1st and 2nd Degree Murder: Baltimore Police

On May 17, 2021, at approximately 2:36 p.m., Southern District officers responded to the 200 block of Harmison Street for discharging.

Upon arrival, officers located 40-year-old Ronald White of the 400 block of S. Payson Street suffering from gunshot wounds. White was transported to Shock Trauma where despite doctor’s efforts, he died a short time later.

Investigating homicide detectives examined evidence, interviewed potential witnesses, and ultimately identified the suspect.

An arrest warrant was issued and on September 22, 2021, 32-year-old Craig Carter of the 400 block of Rosecroft Terrace was arrested.

Carter was transported to Central Booking where he has been charged with 1st and 2nd Degree Murder
