Just after 11 p.m. on July 28, 2021, officers from the Essex precinct conducted a traffic stop on Eastern Boulevard near Wagners Lane. During the stop, officers discovered the bodies of two deceased children.

The children found deceased during a traffic stop last night have been identified as 7-year-old Joshlyn Johnson and 5-year-old Larry O’Neil.

Baltimore County Police have arrested and charged 33-year-old Nicole M. Johnson, of the 3500 block of Elmora Ave., 21213, in connection to the deaths of her niece and nephew, 7-year-old Joshlyn Johnson and 5-year-old Larry O’Neil. The children are siblings. Johnson faces multiple charges including 1st degree child abuse that resulted in the death of a child under the age of 13.

Due to the nature of this case, it will take time to determine the exact circumstances that led to the children’s deaths. In partnership with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner as well as the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office, the Baltimore County Police Department remains committed to bringing closure to this horrific case.

In my opinion Nicole Johnson you’re living, you are not dead yet. To hit and knock your niece down, to starve her along with causing her brother to hurt his ankle and starving him also is horrific. I hope and pray that KARMA eats you alive each and everyday. They should lock you up and throw away the key. No food, no water not even a bath. The rot you have on you and in you will never disappear.

My heart hurts just thinking about what those babies had to endure. The inconceivable trauma from an apparent unconscionable person doesn’t sit well. Where were these children’s family? It seems to me those children should have never been left in the hands of this woman. I find it hard to believe that no one noticed these children were in potential danger even by the way they looked. The worlds become comfortable talking about people and situations, but not comfortable enough to report it. Make this make since… My prayers are that those babies souls can finally rest and with their “aunt”… all I will say is Jesus take the wheel.

I can't figure how these kids could go o unnoticed for months. The birth mother, grandparents, and nobody missed them?!
