Even after we are all clear and free from this pandemic, I will still be pretty addicted to ordering door dash. Why? It’s easy, delicious, and not that expensive if you pay for a monthly dash pass at $9.99.

I thought I would run down my most favorite, go-to door dash meals for when you are hungry but busy, hungry but stressed, hungry but lazy, or just want to eat something other than the food you have at home but do not want to go out to a restaurant. Don’t get me wrong, I plan on going out to plenty of restaurants too. But, door dash is here for those lazy, cozy, busy nights when you just want restaurant quality food at home.

So for breakfast, lunch or dinner here are some of my personal favorite local restaurants to hit up on Door Dash.

    The Human Bean.

Hands down one of our personal favorites. Coffee, for one, is always a welcome thing to see on my doorstep. And the bagel and egg breakfast sandwiches, along with any and all of their scones - they are so delicious!

    Rivas Mexican Grill.

Chicken Soft Tacos, baby. All day every day. Almost. And two or three fish soft tacos in case we want to mix it up. This food is amazing, authentic but bigger than traditional tacos.

    Indian Kabab Curry Reno

Because we have tried a lot of Indian food, but nothing beats this restaurant’s menu, especially the Murg Tikka Masala (Cubes of white meat Tandoori chicken cooked in a rich creamy tomato sauce).

    Blaze Pizza, Sparks

I love pizza. It is one of those foods that no matter how often you eat it, you still want to eat more of it. And Blaze Pizza is amazing - great menu, great crust and cookies too!

    Thai Lotus

This is our go-to favorite Thai restaurant in Reno/Sparks. The curries are delicious, the lunch specials are well priced, and you cannot beat a Thai Iced Tea!

While going out to real in person live restaurants is going to become the new normal, or the new old normal, ordering food from Door Dash is a hard habit to break when you want to have that special “I do not have to cook tonight” feeling but you do not want to leave the house.
