(SAN FRANCISCO) The San Francisco Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing elderly woman.

Jean Chang Kan Fung, 84, has been missing since May 28. She has not returned to her home in the city's Richmond District after going out for a walk.

Fung is described as Asian American, 5-foot tall, 90 pounds with white hair. She is considered at risk due to her age and possible medical conditions.

According to a news release, she was last seen wearing a red or pink puffy jacket, purple sweater, brown pants, black Ugg boots and a red beanie with an "LG" logo.

She is known to frequently visit Clement Street, the Golden Gate Bridge and Crissy Field in San Francisco, as well as Graton and River Rock casinos.

Anyone who sees Fung is asked to take note of her location and contact the SFPD tip line at 415-575-4444. Tips, which may remain anonymous, can also be texted to TIP411 with "SFPD" to start the message.
