(MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.) Lauren Ash, the founder of Black Girl In Om, an online yoga community for Black women, plans to open up a physical location later this year in Minneapolis' Longfellow community for "Black folk to heal and come together in community," according to CBS Minnesota.

The space, to be called h(om)e, will be "the physical manifestation of Black Girl In Om based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Centered on intergenerational healing for the diaspora, h(om)e provides a space for us to breathe easy," according to the Black Girl In Om website.

The upcoming space will feature a Black-sourced organic herbal apothecary, culturally specific programming for Black people, one-on-one and collective healing, a space for yoga and a curated gift shop of essentials.

Ash, a Minneapolis native, plans to set up shop at 4000 Minnehaha Avenue in a 2,000-square-foot space.

She told CBS, “We’re talking about how this will truly be a home for the Black community…for Minneapolis."

She said, "To be able to realize a dream that I’ve had within me now for seven years is really magical," adding, “I’m really looking forward to this.”
