Good Shape Pizza

This formerly mobile operation has popped up at Add-A-Ball , Chuck’s Hop Shop , and Oddfellow’s Cafe in the past, and now they're permanently stationed at Jupiter Bar in Belltown . Lucky for the neighborhood—they've just inherited one of the best pizza spots in town.

Their paper plate-sized pies covered in char bubbles are both crisp and foldable simultaneously—a true achievement in pizza-making. And while we could fill a high school yearbook entry with sentimental things to say about pies topped with crisp pepperoni cups and honey or classic margheritas, there's power in Good Shape's plain cheese pie. Between the tomato sauce's simplicity, the fusing of mozzarella, pecorino, and provolone, and hints of chili flake and dried oregano, no takeout slice can beat it.
