A man was found dead inside Central Park Wednesday evening — and cops may need to rely on his tattoos for clues about his identity, cops and sources said.

The unidentified man, believed to be in his 40s, was discovered unconscious minutes before 6 p.m. at East Drive and East 109th Street within the iconic greenspace, authorities and law enforcement sources said.

There were no visible signs of trauma on his body, according to police.

He didn’t have an ID on him and will most likely be identified through his tattoos, according to the sources.

The circumstances leading up to his death are under investigation, and the city medical examiner’s office will make an official determination, cops said.
