Two people were arrested and charged after police say they stole over $200,000 from an 86-year-old man they were tasked with caring for. State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli, Rensselaer County District Attorney Mary Pat Donnelly and the New York State Police today announced Tuesday, the arrests of Amber Diacetis, 30, of Albany, and Devin Zielinski, 33, for allegedly stealing over $200,000 from an elderly victim.
