DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) -- Police are promoting the city's Safe Exchange Zones in light of recent thefts during transactions that are initiated on social media. Dayton Police Lt. Mark Ponichtera said some of the fraudulent or otherwise criminal behaviro recently has revolved around ATV sales, where the criminal will ask to test drive the vehicle and then simply not return or pay.
