Governor DeWine appoints Bennett to Scioto County Court of Common Pleas, Probate and Juvenile Division
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine Tuesday announced the appointment of Rebecca Bennett to the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas, Probate and Juvenile Division. Bennett, of Portsmouth, will assume office July 22, 2024 and will be taking the seat formerly held by Judge R. Alan Lemons, who retired. She will serve the remainder of the unfinished term and will need to run for election in November 2024 to retain the seat.
