Chargers Golfers Move on in Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament
MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ - The Spotswood High School golf team kept rolling on Monday. Spotswood kicked off the week with a first round victory in the Greater Middlesex Conference Golf Tournament over Woodbridge High School. The Chargers edged the Barrons 163-180 to move on in the country tournament. A first and second place finish by the Chargers' Andrew Pearce and Michael Furey as well as a fourth place tie for Mia Masarik and Dominic Spicuzzo helped seal the win. Spotswood's victory improved the Chargers' overall season record to 14-2. The Charges clinched back-to-back Greater Middlesex Conference Blue Division titles earlier this month.
