Art exhibition exploring LGBTQ+ identity to be on display at Central Washington University
ELLENSBURG, Wash.-A new art exhibition exploring LGBTQ+ Identity is set to open at Central Washington University. The exhibit, entitled "Cyclical" created by CWU student Joshua P. Collins for his BFA Senior Exhibit, explores the cyclical nature of history, mythology, and identity in the contemporary age through psychological landscapes and abstracted self-portraiture, according to CWU.

Three charged with animal cruelty in Yakima
Three people have now been charged with animal cruelty after the Yakima County Sheriff's office found starving dogs on their property. Norma Jean Lister, David Ross Schuster and Rachel Stein have all been charged with 10 counts of first-degree animal cruelty and a single count of animal cruelty in the second degree.
Fire destroys Selah mobile home
SELAH- A fire broke out in a mobile home on Gibson Road in Selah around 2PM, Monday April 22nd, with the home completely destroyed. Crews responded to the call on the 600 Block of Gibson Road, after the homeowners had escaped the blaze; but the home was lost despite the very quick reaction by multiple crews. We spoke to Fire Commander Jason Woods at the scene who told us:
