    No suspect in custody after triple shooting in San Jose

    (San Jose, Calif.) San Jose police said it's investigating Saturday's triple shooting as a homicide and currently have not identified any suspects in the case.

    "There are currently no suspects identified or apprehended. The motive and circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation," said the San Jose Police Department in a statement.

    Officers responded to a report at 10:33 p.m. in the 600 block of Nordale Drive of multiple people being shot.

    When police arrived at the scene, they discovered three men, each suffering at least one gunshot wound.

    One of the men died shortly after arriving at the hospital and the other two victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

    This is the city's 16th homicide of the year.
