MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — An 86-room Fairfield Inn along North Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach is on the auction block.

The Fairfield Inn property has an opening asking price of $2.3 million according to Ten-X, an online commercial real estate exchange.

Built in 1997 and renovated in 2013, potential buyers can begin making offers on June 10. The auction ends on June 12.

“The Fairfield Inn Myrtle Beach North provides an incredible opportunity to acquire a cash-flowing asset with substantial potential for growth, all at a discount to replacement costs with construction costs at an all-time high,” the listing says.
