Morristown, NJ —  During Morristown’s regular town council meeting three residents joined the chamber floor during the public hearing.

One resident spoke about his concern around scooter usage in town and the safety issues it poses. In response, Mayor Dougherty said he has seen adults riding electric bicycles at high speeds. The police chief and public safety director will let their force know to remind adults that they must ride on the street not the sidewalk for pedestrian safety.
