Eller did not identify the buyer or disclose the purchase price. Real estate listings provide additional details about the residential portion of the project. The advertised units have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with listed floor areas ranging from 1,983 to 2,040 square feet. Asking prices range from $649,900 to $699,900.
