Sheriff’s deputies spoke with the victim’s mother, who reported that his home healthcare provider had physically abused him.

On May 28, 2024, at about 12:25 p.m. the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to an industrial accident call at the 33000 block of Willow Heights Lane in Magnolia. A home under construction collapsed during a thunderstorm this afternoon while workers were on site. Preliminary investigation has determined that the workers noticed the house began to shift during the thunderstorm and all but one were able to exit before the house collapsed.
