POUGHKEEPSIE – Officers from multiple agencies arrested the dangerous felon who sent two cops to the hospital after a traffic stop earlier this month. Twenty-nine-year-old Poughkeepsie resident Diamond Ince was taken into custody on Main Street in Poughkeepsie on May 29. Police had been searching for him since a Main Street traffic stop in which Ince is alleged to have struck Poughkeepsie cops while trying to flee a traffic stop on May 12, 2024, on the 600 block of Main Street in the city.
