MINOT, ND (KXNET) — A 20-year-old Rugby man is facing charges after crashing his vehicle into two Minot homes on the morning of Sunday, May 19.

According to the Minot Police Department, at approximately 1:02 a.m., the man was driving a Chevrolet Silverado north on 16th Street Southwest when the vehicle left the road and struck two unoccupied vehicles parked in a driveway.

After striking the vehicles, the Chevrolet pushed them into the attached garage of one home, and continued to push through another garage. The car would eventually come to rest in front of one of the homes. Following the damage, members of the Minot Fire Department, including workers from all five stations and a technical rescue trailer, worked to stabilize both structures through the night.
