MINOT, ND ( KXNET ) — The Minot Hot Tots is gearing up to give back to the community with a Jersey Giveaway and Food Drive.

According to a news release, the Hot Tots are building onto last year’s event to announce this chance for fans to score their own limited-edition Magic City Hot Tots Jersey while also supporting a great cause.

The giveaway and food drive is taking place at Corbett Field on June 18 at 7 a.m. and lasts as long as supplies do.

Here’s how you can claim a free jersey:

1. Bring three non-perishable food items — they can be boxed or canned.
2. Arrive to Corbett Field at 7 a.m.
3. Stay in the car and donate the food items.
4. Drive away with the jersey (there’s a limit of one per person).

All the food items will be donated to The Lord’s Cupboard to support those in need in the community.

A few things to know: Only 750 jerseys are available and to guarantee a jersey, make sure to show up right at 7 a.m.

Last year, the Hot Tots raised over 3,000 pounds of food, and they’re looking to raise more this year.
