Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch didn't hesitate to call out Nuggets star Jamal Murray after Minnesota's Game 2 victory Monday night.

Murray is facing significant backlash for his behavior in Game 2. Late in the second quarter, Murray tossed a heat pack onto the court. It almost caused Karl-Anthony Towns to slip during his drive to the rim in the post.

Murray got away with it, too. The refs didn't see who threw it, as Murray was hiding deep down the bench seating at the end of the court.

After the game, Finch called out Murray for his behavior. He called both "inexcusable" and "dangerous."

“It’s inexcusable and dangerous…," Finch said. "Certainly can’t allow that to happen.”

Chris Finch is 100 percent right. Hopefully, the NBA makes an example out of Jamal Murray for his actions.

Should the NBA suspend Murray for his Game 2 behavior? The most likely outcome is Adam Silver hits Murray with a fine and he plays in Game 3, but we'll see.

Game 3 is Friday night, so Silver and the NBA have plenty of time to decide.
