LINDALE — A water main break has caused a washout in the roadway in Lindale, authorities said. The Lindale Police Department said in a morning traffic advisory that the break occurred in the area of Jim Hogg Road, also known as Smith County 431, and Interstate 20 on the north side of the interstate northbound traffic.
