Woman, 29, dies after overdosing on fentanyl with mall coworkers
One of five women who overdosed on suspected fentanyl in a Bergen County, N.J., mall last week has died, according to her family and friends. Michelle Kerry Edoo, 29, of Bergenfield, was among the five coworkers found unconscious at Shops at Riverside mall in Hackensack on March 15. The women were found in the lower level parking garage, police said.

Ridgewood Crew Wins Triple Gold at 2023 Haddon Hammer
HADDON, NJ - At the final indoor race of the season, Ridgewood Crew brought home six medals, including three gold. For the second year in a row, the team won the Haddon Hammer Best Boat Men Award, an honor bestowed upon the team with the fastest average time in the boys category. Head Coach Boris Roque-Alvarez said there were, "Many personal records and some very impressive times were scored in a racing environment." William Nasr won gold in the men's junior novice category, and third place went to Ridgewood's Matthew Moomjy. Arav Mundhe won gold in the men's coxswain 1000, and Nate Harris brought home the gold in the men's junior open with teammate Sam Boogaert earning the silver. Emma Mohanram won silver in the women's junior lightweight competition. Following this event, the water season starts on April 2.
