Mesa police seek help identifying suspect in recent murder

The Mesa Police Department is investigating a murder that happened near 4055 N. Recker Road in Mesa and is asking residents to check any surveillance footage for suspicious activity that may be related.

The violent attack happened sometime between 11:30 p.m. April 20 and 12:30 a.m. April 21, according to Silent Witness, https://silentwitness.org/cases .

Residents north of Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway on Recker Road and near Red Mountain Ranch are asked to call into silent witness at 480-948-6377 and provide any information about this crime to find the person responsible, it states.

Detectives believe this is an isolated incident and are working to find the person(s) responsible and ensure the safety of the community, it states.
